Due to sickness and private issues, i was unable to neither continue/close up my previous tictail store, nor have another person take over for me, which has caused terrible inconveniences to my customers. I'm beyond sorry about my unprofessionalism and this has pained me greatly.

I will try to make up for the troubles caused by refunding you, or sending your original order with an additional item of your choice as apology.
